Returns

Nemet Consulting provides professional services and digital deliverables rather than physical products. As a result, traditional product returns do not apply.

Refunds

Once payment has been made and work has begun, payments are considered final and non-refundable.

SEO and search strategy

Conversion rate optimization

Shopify and e-commerce consulting

Email marketing

Paid advertising strategy or setup

Branding and marketing consulting

Digital deliverables and customized recommendations

Depending on the circumstances, this may include revisions, corrections, additional clarification, service credits, or another mutually agreed-upon solution. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service before work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Once work, research, strategy development, campaign preparation, design, consultation, or other agreed-upon services have begun, payments are generally non-refundable.

Errors or Billing Issues

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or experienced another billing error, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and correct the issue.
